I found the hotel location very strategic. It was a five-minute walk from CentralWorld and Big C. The facilities are top notch, ESPECIALLY the gym.
The shower chair fell apart due to a loose screw. My mother had to crawl to get help after she fell in the shower. I kindly request a thorough investigation.

i booked this hotel expecting luxury but the room was disappointing it felt average i arrived early and the room wasn't ready the staff seemed confused and unable to deal with the guests it took a while before i got a room
